Details:
Tickets: Reserved and remaining tickets for a single evening’s performance will continue to be available up until the start of the event. Latecomers will be seated at discretion of management and will not be seated in balcony. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refreshments: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at our events. Absolutely no outside alcohol, food or softdrinks are allowed in the theatre.
Wheelchair Accessibility: All events and restrooms are wheelchair accessible through elevator in front and ramp at back of building.
Parking: Parking is available on Main Street and behind Main Street buildings opposite the Opera House.
Performance Schedule: If the event is presented as scheduled, we are contractually obligated to pay the performers. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
Cell Phones/Beepers: Please turn off your cell phone, beeper or any electroic device that might make noise during the performance. Also, if you use your cell phone during intermission, please ensure it is turned off before you re-enter the auditorium. As a courtesy to your fellow audience members, we request that you do not open plastic-wrapped candies, mints or cough drops during the performance.
No Smoking: In accordance with state law, there is no smoking in the Opera House.
Photography/Video/Audio Policy: The use of any recording device, either audio or video and the taking of photographs either with or without flash during any theatrical performance is strictly prohibited. Please see management regarding recording policies for other types of events.
